A At this point, I am a former president of the company and a minority shareholder.
Q Are you also owed money by the company?
A Yes, I am.
Q All right. At any period of time, as the president, did you personally operate the Golf 255 Inc.?
A Yes, I did. Beginning on or about September the 1st of last year, I took over day-to-day operations and took control of hiring/firing as well as opened the books and hired an accountant to run the books full-time.
Q Okay. Who was that accountant?

On Jan. 8, Devlin apparently struck again: Ben Ownby, a straight-A student at his Beauford grade school, disappeared after getting off his school bus at around 3:35pm
